A VJC J1 student started H2 Maths tuition with me in mid-June 2026 after obtaining an S grade (40 marks, 0–20th percentile) in his WA1 examination.
Through focused guidance, structured practice and a stronger understanding of key mathematical concepts, he made encouraging progress over the next few months.
By the J1 Promotional Examination, his score had improved from 40% to 64%, achieving a B grade (60–80th percentile).
This is a significant improvement within just one semester. It demonstrates how identifying weaknesses early, adopting effective problem-solving techniques and practising consistently can help students make substantial progress in H2 Maths.
